You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. If you use the website on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Certain alcohol-free alternatives may contain trace amounts of alcohol. You are responsible for reviewing product information and following all age, health and purchasing requirements that apply in your location.

When an account feature is available, you are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your device. Activity performed through your account may be treated as authorized by you.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without permission.

You may not use the website or its content to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
• Transmit malicious code, automate abusive requests or interfere with website security.
• Collect personal information about other users without authorization.
• Misrepresent your identity, payment authority or intended transaction.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, limit, cancel or decline an order before fulfillment for reasons including inventory availability, pricing errors, payment concerns, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions.

If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and delivery information. Review your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address before submitting an order.

Once fulfillment begins, an address or order change may no longer be possible. Additional costs resulting from inaccurate customer-provided information may be your responsibility where permitted by law.

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout applies to the transaction, subject to correction of an obvious error.

Applicable sales tax, use tax or similar charges will be calculated as required. Your bank or payment provider may impose separate currency conversion, authorization or transaction fees that Beanora does not control.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize the amount shown at checkout. Payment processing may be performed by independent payment providers subject to their own security and service terms.

We may use reasonable verification measures to protect customers and Beanora against unauthorized transactions.

Beanora offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. A return request must be initiated within that period and must include sufficient order information to identify the purchase.

Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging when reasonably possible. For health and safety reasons, opened or consumed products may not qualify for a discretionary return unless they arrived damaged, incorrect, defective or otherwise protected by applicable law.

We may request photographs, packaging information or other reasonable details before issuing return instructions. Products returned without authorization or products materially different from the item originally supplied may be declined where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law. The time required for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider.

Exchange availability depends on current inventory. When a direct exchange is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another reasonable resolution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not warrant that every website description will be free from minor error or that access will always be uninterrupted.

Products remain covered by any express product warranty, mandatory consumer protection or legal right that applies to the transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beanora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a product, including lost profits, lost data or loss of opportunity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Beanora’s aggregate liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy or limit is required by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the relevant provision applies only to the maximum extent legally permitted.

These Terms do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, legal obligations or security practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms take effect indicates acceptance of those revisions. The Terms in effect when an order is submitted generally govern that transaction.
